Welcome to the American Health and Fitness Institute website.
Our mission is to provide Educational and Financial programs focused on helping children become fit.
We focus primarily on targeting children that are overweight and obese .
Our programs pair health professionals with children that would normally not be able to afford these specialized health services.
Our first program Fit Pro’s for Fit Kids has been a huge success. This program match’s volunteer Certified Personal Trainers with kids.
